RETURN INFORMATION
Please follow these steps to make a return:
1.Print form below and fill in information and
enclose it with your package (please indicate the proper return code below).
2.Please provide a daytime phone number where you can be reached.
3.Securely package the item (s) to be returned.
4.Please use one of the following shipping methods to return your

• Returns accepted for Store Credit Only. Returns
must be made within 30 days with original receipt.
• Absolutely no returns
are accepted on Sale Merchandise, Special Orders, Christening Wear or First
